ICREA Transnational Referral Contract Form - For use in making and receiving a client referral from another ICREA-member constituent.

ICREA Transnational Referral Protocol - Protocol which governs Transnational Referral System. Only members of ICREA associations that have signed the Protocol may participate in the system.

Arbitration Forms

Click here for a list of approved arbitrators. In the event of a dispute, ICREA will appoint an arbitrator from a country other than the countries of the arbitrating parties. Provisions are provided for parties to challenge the appointment for cause. See the Transnational Protocol for more information.

Request & Agreement to Arbitrate Form - For use by broker/agent wishing to file a complaint and initiate arbitration against another broker/agent for failure to pay fee based upon existing contact between the parties.

Response & Agreement to Arbitrate Form - For use by the broker/agent against which the complaint has been filed.

Arbitration Briefing Form - For use by both parties in documenting their positions regarding the matter in dispute. Provided to arbitrator.

Arbitration Rebuttal Form - For use by both parties in providing responses to the opposing party's briefing form. Provided to arbitrator.

Arbitration Award Form - Used by the arbitrator to notify both parties of award decision.

Arbitrator Submission Form - For use by ICREA member association to submit names of arbitrators for ICREA Arbitrator pool.
