Exclusive Service for RAMB Members

As the first professional real estate organizations in the world to have access to this amazing international business resource, RAMB and FNAIM-IDF Paris are setting the standard for international cooperation in creating maximum business potential for their members.

How The International IDX Alliance Works

RAMB members can display, in IDX format, all of the FNAIM Paris real estate listings, in English and all of the other Immobel supported languages.

When your clients find a property of interest to them, you may return to The International IDX Alliance page, www.InternationalIdxAlliance.com or reach it via your Immobel Wizard, log in using your Immobel user name and password, and enter the listing number that is displayed on the listing or listings of your client's choice.

With this information, you can search the member's view of the FNAIM-IDF database in English or the language of your choice and find the listing broker in Paris and their contact information.

You may email or telephone that broker for further details, and to make a referral.  Use the International Referral Agreement on WorldProperties.com on referrals between RAMB and FNAIM-Paris members (and other ICREA member associations) and have the added value of the NAR/ICREA Arbitration provision.

On the other side, Paris brokers will now be displaying RAMB listings to their clients, in French or any other Immobel supported language that is comfortable for them.

Once their clients find a RAMB listing that is of interest to them, they will perform the same search and contact the listing agent, or any other RAMB member that they would like to contact, for further details and to make a referral.

This means that every RAMB listing now has several thousand new potential selling agents, investing in driving traffic in a new market to view and buy your listings.

As new cities, countries and associations join the International IDX Alliance; your selling market will continue to expand, until in time RAMB will enjoy a truly global market.

At the same time, you will be able to show property listings to your clients in every member market that may interest them, generating more referral fees, more loyalty and more business.

To Use the International IDX Alliance

Set up is Quick and Easy  To start using the power of The International IDX Alliance, go to your Immobel Wizard www.mysite.immobel.com and log in using your Immobel user name and password. If you are a RAMB member and do not have an Immobel user name and password yet, just send an email to freewebsite@miamire.com and you will receive your login, password and instructions within approximately 2 business days. Then get set up and ready to use The International IDX Alliance and all of the other Immobel services provided exclusively to members of The REALTOR® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches. Once you go through the Wizard, or if you are already set up with Immobel when you return to the Wizard, you will find some additional options for the International IDX Alliance. You can select the market you want to display on your web site (right now Paris is the only choice) and choose the banner link for that market, double click to generate the HTML code, and add it as a link or banner to your existing web site. It will also appear as a banner on your 13 language Immobel IDX pages. You may return at any time to your Immobel Wizard to update contact information and all other options as before.
