You can drive traffic to your brokerage website, and get reports on the traffic for your listings. Since ListHub is integrated with your MLS, MLXchange, there is NO data entry required. ListHub is unlike other services:
1. Accuracy/No data entry: ListHub has a direct connection with MLXchange - that means there is no data entry required.
2. Branding: ListHub links ALL your listings back to YOUR brokerage website, not some other search website where your prospective buyers can get lost in cyberspace without contacting you about your listings.
3. Breadth and Exposure: ListHub sends your listings to a broad range of websites. Different listings get different levels of consumer traffic on different sites, meaning that breadth of exposure is important! Your online click reports will show you how well you are doing.
4. Control: You, the Broker, decide on where your listings are sent. Your Internet strategy is a decision that you should be able to make.

1. Go to www.ListHub.net
2. Click "Create Account"
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
4. When your account is created, click "Channels". All Channels have been automaticaly set as the default.
Please review all Channels - should you decide you DO NOT want your listings to go to specific Channels,
click "Unsubscribe From All" and then go back and subscribe to only the Channels where you want your
listings sent. NOTICE - Your listings will be sent to ALL Channels unless you "Unsubscribe From All" and
otherwise.
5. Find your listings online within 72 hours!
The traffic generated from the listings will default to our public website. However, if you would like the traffic to be redirected to your personal broker website, simply follow these instructions:
1. Log into your ListHub account
2. Click "Support" in the top right hand corner
3. Click "Request support"
4. In the test box, type "Please redirect my traffic to my broker website at: (enter the address of your broker website)
